Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we do collect, why, and how to make us stop.

What we collect

Your email address, when you download a template. We ask for it so we can send you the download link and, now and then, an email about new free templates and offers from our sister site TemplatesBooth. We also record which templates you downloaded, as tags on your subscriber record, so we don't email you about things you already have.

A functional cookie (fpbt) that remembers you've already given us your email, so you don't have to type it again for the next download. It contains a signed version of your address and nothing else. It lasts a year and you can delete it in your browser at any time.

Standard server logs from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which include IP addresses and request details for security and reliability purposes. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and serves the downloads.
• Mailcoach stores our email list and sends our emails, using SendGrid as the delivery service.

We don't sell or rent your email address to anyone.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list immediately — you keep the templates you've downloaded. If you'd like your address deleted from our records entirely, email hello@freephotoboothtemplates.com and we'll do it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date below.
